We provide a private, safe, confidential, non-judgmental environment in efforts encourage parties to freely express their real issues and/or concerns. The parties will meet with a Mediator (a neutral professional) and work together to create an agreement that all parties believe is fair and in their best interest.
Mediation is not Litigation. The Mediator does not determine who is right or wrong, provide legal advice nor make any decisions on the outcome of the case.
The parties will NEVER be forced to come to any agreement.
If the parties would like their Mediated Agreement to become their Court Order, we can help with the process.
We mediate cases concerning; but not limited to: Divorce, Parenting Time, Custody, Child Support, Truancy, Child Protection, Civil Settlement, Labor, Landlord Tenant and Agricultural Procurement.
